Our Cleaning Process
On arrival, I will walk through your property with you before commencing and determine what type of carpet / aircon units you may have, their condition and point out any potential issues before any cleaning begins. If there are stains, I will give you an indication of the best possible outcome so there are clear expectations.
Standard carpet steam cleaning or hot water extraction as it is also known, is a complete cleaning process. Firstly, we pre-spray your carpet to loosen dirt, then we use a spot remover where necessary followed by a deep steam clean using a hot water extraction machine.
For your furniture and upholstery and Aircon units the process is basically the same , we just use specialized chemicals and cleaning tools to achieve the best possible results. Free de-odourising is included in cleans
Prices
Carpet Cleaning:
Minimum call out $130 includes up to two standard rooms.
Prices are based on average size rooms & soiling, we class an average size room as 12sq metres ( 4 metres by 3 metres). All prices exclude GST.
Lounge/Dining areas may be classed as two rooms depending on size , as will larger bedrooms. Carpeted hallways will be priced when we arrive at your home.
Prices quoted are for Domestic services only.

We offer Square contactless payments, accepting most credit cards. All card payments will attract a 1.9% processing fee.
We don’t use gimmicks to attract customers, instead we rely on word of mouth advertising from our satisfied customers.

What you can do to prepare for your Cleaning Service.
Please ensure carpet is vacuumed thoroughly before we arrive.
Remove breakable items, smaller furniture like dining chairs, pot plants, etc. from the areas to be cleaned.
We do not move larger items like beds and wardrobes. We will clean around furniture we cannot move. If you have long curtains, please pin these back, up off the floor.
Cancellation Policy- Any jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will require a 50 % deposit in order to re-book.
