The Cleaning Process 

Please note not all of these processes are used in residential homes and some may incur additional charges. This is just a guide are to what steps can be taken. Steps 1- 6 are only available with premium service. 

Step 1 – Pre-Inspection 

We’ll perform a visual pre inspection of the carpet and identify stains and provide an evaluation of results. Minor furniture will be moved as required.

Step 2 – Pre-Vacuum 

Carpets may require a pre-vacuumed to remove excess dry soil and debris from the surface. This also assists in opening up the carpet fibres. 

Step 3 – Spot Clean and Stain Treatment 

Specially formulated solutions are used to treat stained areas and loosen soil prior to the steam clean process.    

Step 4 –  Deodorise, Sanitise and Condition 

Deodorise, Sanitise and Condition, keeps your floors smelling fresh, removes odour and kills bacteria and fungi.    

Step 5 – Grooming 

The final step in the process is carpet grooming. This also helps reset the pile and promotes faster drying times. 

Step 6 – Final Inspection
